The Covid pivot that stuck

Let me tell you about my friend Claire Harvey (clavrieharveyphotography.com) During Covid, she told me about FaceTime photos that photographers were doing so we all didn’t lose our minds. (Lockdown put a damper on the in-person sport that is photography!) So, Claire and I tried it. For me, it stuck. I found ways to improve on it with the use of apps and getting the technique down. Since then, I have made virtual photography a part of my business and it has allowed me to work with clients everywhere from Greece to Australia, Malibu to Mexico. Most I’ve never met in person. But, it also allowed me the opportunity to take photos for my dear friend Claire on a trip she took to Joshua Tree State Park. It was kind of full-circle in some ways and I got to capture the beauty and free spiritedness of a woman I am honored to call my friend. (For more information on virtual photography click here!)
